That’s why we book appointments more like a hair salon, with dedicated time slots instead of drop-offs that keep dogs waiting in kennels for hours. Our approach minimizes kennel time and helps reduce anxiety, especially for nervous or sensitive pups. Most dogs are in and out in under three hours, receiving one-on-one attention in a calm, controlled environment. By prioritizing efficiency, patience, and your dog’s emotional well-being, we take the stress out of grooming—for pets and their people. Because a happy dog makes for a better groom every time. Pickup times can vary, as every dog and every appointment is a little different. While some days your pups are ready quickly, some days may take a bit longer than expected, and that’s okay. We’ll send you a message as soon as your dog is ready for pickup! Please don’t hesitate to send us a message if you want to check in on the status of your service. We accept dogs as soon as they’ve received their parvo vaccination, because it’s never too early to begin building positive grooming experiences. Early introductions help puppies become comfortable with the process, setting them up for calmer, happier grooms as they grow.
