I opened Shampooch’d in 2023 with one main goal—to take the stress out of grooming for both dogs and groomers. Early in my grooming career, I worked with many dogs who were labeled “aggressive,” but I quickly realized they were mostly just scared. I knew I could change that. Today, I specialize in working with those more challenging pups, and nothing brings me more joy than helping a dog go from sour to sweet through patience, trust, and understanding. Outside of the shop, I’m a mom to three teenage boys who keep life busy and fun. My oldest is in college running track, while my younger two attend KHS. When I’m not grooming or cheering from the sidelines, you can usually find me with a good book or painting—my favorite ways to unwind and recharge.
Hi, I'm Michelle! I've been a professional dog groomer for about five years, but my love for animals goes way beyond the grooming table. I've spent most of my life working with animals in one way or another, and caring for them has always felt like second nature to me. That hands-on experience helps me bring extra patience, understanding, and care to every pet I work with. I treat each dog as if they were my own, focusing on comfort, safety, and creating a positive grooming experience. Whether your pet needs a simple bath or a full groom, they'll be in caring, experienced
